Pet Friendly Policy

Hotel Minturn is happy to welcome you and your "petfriend". We kindly request that you to let us know about them (name, breed, size) to be ready to welcome them and make sure there are no potential conflicts. A $50  pet cleaning fee  will be added to your bill. In an unfortunate occurrence of damage caused by your pet you will be charged for the necessary additional cleaning and repair.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the small size of our property, the limited number of rooms, and the destination nature of our business it is necessary that we strictly enforce our cancellation policy. All deposits and payments will be forfeited if cancelled within the times listed below for each season.  If there is a chance you might be forced to cancel your stay with us we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

• Regular Season: 72 hours
• Summer Season: 7 days
• Holiday Season: 30 days
• Winter Season: 14 days

Deposits

• 50% deposit due at time of booking with a minimum deposit of 1 night.
• Final payment due 1 day prior to arrival.
• Final payment due 15 days prior to arrival for Holiday Season.

Check In & Check Out

• Check in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
• Check out time is 10:30 am.
• Please call to make arrangements for late check in or late check-out 970-331-5461
